Responsibilities
- Act as the guest liaison with the students and staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience
- Scheduling appointments
- Assist with check-in by explaining salon and spa services
- Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process
- Graciously thank them for their visit
