Job Overview

Join our innovative healthcare organization as a Market President for Vermont, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational success and achieving strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

  1. Maximize operational efficiency to align with regional financial and strategic goals.
  2. Ensure compliance across all departments and programs within the Vermont region.
  3. Oversee local budget management and spearhead initiatives for revenue growth through strategic events and relationship building.
  4. Develop and implement advanced analytics and business intelligence strategies to support value-based care initiatives.
  5. Lead the regional deployment of the Population Health Division and oversee Payer Programs and Remote Patient Telehealth Services.
  6. Collaborate with market leadership to achieve annual targets with health plans in the Vermont area.
  7. Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to meet required Risk Adjustment goals.
  8. Analyze processes and implement efficient policies in collaboration with executive leadership.
  9. Manage resources effectively to ensure operational consistency, and develop and maintain the market operating budget.
  10. Strengthen key provider relationships and secure new partnerships to boost revenue.
  11. Attend internal and external meetings as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  1. MBA or MHA is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid-focused population healthcare environments.
  3. Strong understanding of value-based healthcare operations.
  4. Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing a professional team.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to representing our organization positively.

Qualifications

  1. An MBA or MHA is required for this position.
