Key Responsibilities
- Maximize operational efficiency to align with regional financial and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance across all departments and programs within the Vermont region.
- Oversee local budget management and spearhead initiatives for revenue growth through strategic events and relationship building.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics and business intelligence strategies to support value-based care initiatives.
- Lead the regional deployment of the Population Health Division and oversee Payer Programs and Remote Patient Telehealth Services.
- Collaborate with market leadership to achieve annual targets with health plans in the Vermont area.
- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to meet required Risk Adjustment goals.
- Analyze processes and implement efficient policies in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure operational consistency, and develop and maintain the market operating budget.
- Strengthen key provider relationships and secure new partnerships to boost revenue.
- Attend internal and external meetings as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- MBA or MHA is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid-focused population healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of value-based healthcare operations.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing a professional team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to representing our organization positively.
