Hematologist/Oncologist at Mount Auburn Hospital – Cambridge, MA
Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital and member of the Beth Israel Lahey Health network serving the greater Cambridge, Massachusetts area is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to join the Division of Hematology/Oncology. Mount Auburn Hospital cares for a large number of patients from Greater Boston, Cambridge and surrounding areas, and is characterized by an exceptional and collegial working environment.
The Division of Hematology/Oncology’s clinical services include a busy outpatient practice, an inpatient consulting service and an on-site comprehensive chemotherapy/infusion space. Responsibilities include:
- Providing outpatient care and inpatient consultation services at Mount Auburn Hospital.
- Participating in weekly tumor boards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population and also to participating in the education of our Harvard medical residents and medical students. We have a robust network of referring primary care physicians and are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes on-site radiation oncologists, oncologic surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, and a medical genetics program that works together to provide outstanding care to patients in the community.

The physician selected for this role will be eligible for a faculty appointment as an instructor, assistant, or associate professor at Harvard Medical School, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
