About Us:
Integrity Hospitality Management & Avid - Candlewood Suites in Fort Payne, Alabama is a 91-room hotel seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team. We are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate MUST have at least 1 year of IHG Experience and at least 2 years being the AGM or GM of a branded hotel. If you do not have these 2 qualifications, DO NOT apply.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
- Guest Satisfaction: Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry for at least 2 years.
- 1 year in an IHG Branded Hotel
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
