What your work will look like:
- Curate and brainstorm engaging content ideas and strategies for TikTok
- Engage directly with our social media community through direct message, comments, likes, email, etc.
- Write and edit scripts for Instagram skit content
- Create and post your own content on Craftmix's socials
Requirements:
- 8-12 hours of work per week (30-45 mins per day of community engagement)
- Be comfortable on camera
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, enjoy going above and beyond
- Willing to ask questions, take feedback, poke holes, make suggestions, and learn new skills
- Independent with strong time management skills
- Punctual and flexible for ongoing virtual meetings with our team (1-2 per week)
