How you will contribute:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier, qualified workforce, and a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle to include sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation. Manage process feedback loops and provide continuous improvements.
  • Participate in Global TA/HR projects and Communities of Practice as required.
  • Create diverse talent pools for business-critical roles, proactively, applying talent sourcing and candidate management tools (HiredScore, Avature).
  • Build relationships with and manage the performance of external partners including RPOs (recruitment process outsourcing) and preferred agencies.
  • Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.
  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring activities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience (in-house TA and/or contractor) in a complex organization
  • Prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models required.
  • Direct experience recruiting for a manufacturing site is a requirement.
  • Experience with recruitment in multiple US states, ideally including California, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota or Massachusetts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to various external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry or from other highly regulated industries (e.g. food and beverage, chemical, automotive, aerospace…) is strongly preferred.
  • This position is hybrid to Lexington, MA requiring to be in the office at least 5 days per month.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$108,500.00 - $170,500.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
