Site Manager

I am currently recruiting a site manager for a regional groundwork contractor. My client delivers groundwork packages for both residential and commercial developments and operates across the central belt of England.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

1. Working alongside and reporting to the project manager and contracts manager.
2. Managing health and safety compliance.
3. QA/QC.
4. Managing and allocating labour, materials and plant.
5. Record keeping.
6. Liaising with the client and other subcontractors on site.
7. Attending progress meetings.
8. Tool box talks.

Site Manager Requirements:

1. Right to work in the UK.
2. CSCS card (Gold/Black).
3. NVQ level 3 or above.
4. SSSTS/SMSTS.
5. First aid.
6. Full UK driving licence.
7. Previous groundwork experience.
