Manufacturing Engineer - Expanding Operation – Heavy Industry
Salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to Mississippi
Global manufacturer is expanding their operation, so they are adding a Manufacturing Engineer to their manufacturing plant in the South. They have a lot of new projects taking place and will be launching some new products out of this site. They will consider entry level Engineers and Engineers that have a few years of experience.
As the Manufacturing Engineer, your experience in creating and maintaining process flow, PFMEA and line balancing as well as cell layout enhancements along with cycle time, yields, costs, SPC, GD&T as well as Auto Cad will be valued. Will lead key capital projects. You will be responsible for troubleshooting. Conduct improvement projects using lean practices. Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. You’ll need to have experience lean experience, project management, process development, and tooling experience as a plus.
Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum one year of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Lean experience, project management, process development and tooling experience a plus.
