Title – Director of Sustainability
Hours: 8 - 5 - Onsite
Location: San Gabriel, California
Salary: up to $110K

Requirements:
- LEED-AP Certification.
- Degree with an emphasis in Environmental or Sustainability Science.
- Minimum of three years of recent experience developing and communicating sustainability initiatives.
- Exceptional written skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of articulating program details in various settings, including presentations to small groups and senior management.
- Ability to travel 30%-40% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to define and execute strategic sustainability-driven marketing programs, branding campaigns, and events that raise awareness of sustainability initiatives both internally and externally.
- Develop audience-specific communications, positioning, and collateral in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with technical teams and senior management to achieve sustainability business goals.
- Act as the ESG expert and champion, responding to inquiries related to environmental initiatives in RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Work with all operational business functions to ensure sustainability data, including recycled content and online LEED calculator information, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain and manage the sustainability website and associated communications.
