Job Details
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion for a variety of clients across different industries
Conduct risk assessments, develop audit programs, and perform substantive testing procedures
Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Supervise and mentor audit staff members, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
Collaborate with engagement partners and managers to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred
CPA preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
