Senior Product Manager

This is a remote position.

Oversees and guides Product Execution: Lead the integration of diverse data sources into a unified system, ensuring seamless access, real-time insights, and an intuitive user interface.

Responsibilities

• Meets with stakeholders to gain clarity on business needs and drives stakeholder alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business units, to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Collaborates to create Product Strategies and vision: Define and drive the product strategy and vision for DGDAP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, identify customer needs (internal and external), and translate them into actionable product roadmaps: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Defines technical metrics and aligns on success criteria: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the DGDAP initiative and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilizes Discovery Techniques - Ongoing: Apply discovery techniques such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and validate product concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management – MUST HAVE
• Proficiency in discovery techniques to gather user insights and validate product hypotheses – MUST HAVE
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products – MUST HAVE
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – MUST HAVE
• Product Management with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or related technologies – PREFERRED
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cloud computing, data integration – PREFERRED
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable – PREFERRED
