We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate in Alexandria, Virginia , to provide strategic marketing advice and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and awareness of our IT products and services. This is a hybrid position , primarily remote, but may require occasional travel to the Planate office as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and sales of our SEAC services and products in the U.S.
- Conduct outbound calls and cold calls to prospective clients.
- Perform market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the U.S.
- Analyze data and market research to formulate effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to develop and implement campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making recommendations for future improvements.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to management.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the business development team.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Proven track record of sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable and flexible with routinely shifting demands and responsibilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
