Our technical support centers extend across Southeast Asia and East Africa, enabling us to provide comprehensive program management and facilities engineering services worldwide.As a trusted small business partner, Planate specializes in planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services. We proudly support the missions of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and its branches—Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps—along with various U.S. federal agencies, delivering exceptional service across the globe.

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate in Alexandria, Virginia , to provide strategic marketing advice and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and awareness of our IT products and services. This is a hybrid position , primarily remote, but may require occasional travel to the Planate office as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and sales of our SEAC services and products in the U.S.
  • Conduct outbound calls and cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the U.S.
  • Analyze data and market research to formulate effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to develop and implement campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making recommendations for future improvements.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the business development team.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable and flexible with routinely shifting demands and responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
