Lateral Link is partnering with an employment boutique in its search for a Senior Labor & Employment Associate. The ideal candidate would have experience in both the litigation and counseling side of L&E, and be able to mentor younger associates. This firm has a reasonable billable requirement and a collegial and collaborative culture that few leave for peer firms.
