Job Description:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a cardiac stepdown unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' cardiovascular status, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Administer and manage medications as required and ordered.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding medical procedures and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical findings.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge through ongoing education opportunities.
