**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Office Manager** to oversee the administrative functions of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing office operations and **dealership accounting processes**, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee accounting functions, including payroll, billing, and financial reporting specific to Acura dealership standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all Acura-specific policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards.
- Handle bank deposits, reconciliations, and other dealership accounting tasks.
- Manage office staff, scheduling, and administrative workflows to support dealership operations.
- Coordinate with the dealership management team to support overall operational goals.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
**Qualifications:**
- **Must have prior experience working at an automotive dealership.**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Proficiency in Dealertrack DMS, Paychex, MyKaarma and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
