Responsibilities: • Provide transportation to clients for their appointments when necessary • Facilitate recovery-based group activities • Evaluate and assess factors that hinder independent or community living • Address communication skills in individuals • Implement skills to manage symptoms effectively • Help individuals develop social support systems • Adapt skills for various life domains such as home, work, education, leisure, and social activities • Offer immediate crisis intervention • Complete assigned training, both in person and through computer learning programs • Document activities and progress on a daily basis • Meet productivity standards • Cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts • Schedule and attend meetings as required • Maintain regular attendance Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older (State requirement for licensing) • Must have current driver’s license, transportation, and automobile insurance coverage • Follow HIPAA and maintain confidentiality! • Must have your Peer Support certification Compensation: $17.50 hourly
