The Role:
Our Customer Service Representatives are the first line to our customer base fielding communications, assigning technicians and solving problems while exhibiting a high level of servitude and effectiveness. Our priority is 5-star worthy interactions and clear communication maintaining quality customer relationships. Being a relatively small, local family company, the culture is positive, open, healthy, and at a reasonable pace. Normal business hours are M-F 8a-6p with rotating Saturdays and only on call for Sundays. CSRs receive hourly pay ranging from $17-24 with bonus incentives. There is no cap on income with advanced productivity and personal investment.
Requirements:
High school diploma / GED, technical schooling a plus
2+ years of residential customer service preferred
Dispatching experience preferred
Service Titan experience a plus
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Strong communications abilities, organization and problem-solving skills
Clean driving record, background & drug free
(background / drug test performed upon employment offer)
