We are looking for a Talent Partner - US Patient Impact who will act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the senior Business stakeholders that they support, as well as their leadership team and field Teams, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

About the role

The Talent Partner acts as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the senior Business stakeholders that you support, as well as your leadership team. You will provide a distinct strategy enabling talent, organization, and cultural initiatives to be lived by everyone for the ultimate benefit of the patient. You will act as a strategic influencer, therefore understanding the business, its imperatives, and priorities. You will be accountable for the execution of all talent processes within your business partner organization, through executing him/herself or through partnering with other teams.

Senior internal and external business stakeholders, your leadership team. You will have US responsibilities for local-level teams and global teams.

What you'll do

  • Implement the new operating model.
  • Play an active role at USLT, fostering new team dynamics and ways of working according to OPM principles Enabling the launch (& growth) of commercial products across the area through initiative-taking talent strategic plans and their implementation.
  • Continue building a strong, sustainable US organization, including a transversal capabilities engine.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business context and strategic priorities to be an active & proactive key partner at the leadership team table for business and organization decisions. This means also contracting on aligned Talent priorities and agendas to drive business and add value to patients.
  • Partner with (senior) leadership to drive their talent review processes, team and talent development plans, and help them build high-performing leadership team(s)
  • Enable the ongoing development of (senior) leadership teams through individual coaching, assessments, feedback, and team development activities.
  • Leverage strategic competencies to support most senior organizations: Organizational Design & Capabilities, building high-performing teams, and strategic thinking, in collaboration with the Team PVS Culture and Organization Development

• Use key competencies to support all organizations while prioritizing his/her time for the most impactful interventions: enabling cultural consistency, change management, leadership team facilitation, engagement, and innovation.
  • Implement Talent Development Strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition and Development team, leveraging the support of the TRO team.
  • Implement reward strategies and processes in close collaboration with the Total Reward & TRO team.
  • Lead the staffing of key strategic positions through partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure all employee relations within her/his scope: at their respective level of interactions, all HR support from hire to retire (including, e.g., onboarding, career guidance, performance management issues, restructuring, termination, etc.), knowing the market, and following cross-unit people move.
  • Provide operational excellence (review of HR processes for improvement purposes), supporting the TRO team's transactional activities.


I nterested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

Minimum:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience

Preferred:
  • Extensive knowledge of US Employment Law
  • Biopharmaceutical industry experience
  • Experience working in a global, multi-national organization
  • Understanding of change management concepts and ability to facilitate and sustain organizational transformations
  • Experience in the counseling of employee compensation and benefits and reward programs with an impact on retention.
  • Champions change in Culture and Diversity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills, both oral and written and strong conflict management, and negotiation skills, to interact effectively at all levels of the organization in identifying and resolving complex issues.


This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $121,920 - $160,020 per year. The actual salary offered

will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
