Job Title: Collections AnalystJob Description• Provide support and coordination to the billing function of our Accounts Receivable team. • Manage a large book of accounts by collecting on past due balances, providing invoices upon customer request, and resolving invoice disputes. • Assist customers with tracking all returns and credits. • Handle and collect on customers' past due accounts. • Collect accounts that carry high delinquencies. • Manage a portfolio of accounts between 1,000 - 4,000 customers. • Collect accounts that carry a balance of less than $10,000. • Use Get Paid software to follow a pre-defined strategy, emailing or calling customers as necessary. • Reply to customers with a sense of urgency and high customer service level.Hard SkillsCollections (B2B)Experience with collecting on large accountsAccounts Receivable (AR) experienceSoft SkillsCustomer ServiceClient relationship managementJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.Work EnvironmentIn-office, team environment with tons of growth opportunity.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
