Job Summary:

As a Mental Health Professional in this role, you will provide individual, partner, family, and group therapy or skills, to improve the quality of individual and family lives. You will provide services to individuals representing a broad range of mental health symptoms and associated functional impairments concerns. You will complete a diagnostic assessment of the client(s) to develop an appropriate treatment plan and clinical oversight of the treatment plan. You will maintain compliance with required monthly clinical supervision, staff meeting and medical consultation and will be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping and participate in periodic meetings/training. This role also offers the opportunity to lead trainings for involved teams, engage with external stakeholders and build relationships with resources and partners.
Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree and LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Licensed Psychologist (LP) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) required. Pre-licensed clinicians may also be considered.
  • Licensure must be active and in good standing with respective Licensing Board. Must adhere to licensure ethics and regulations. In-service training/education is required to maintain licensure.
  • Experience and knowledge of the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) categories representing the range of mental health disorders.
  • Working knowledge and experience in providing therapeutic interventions and therapy approach considered as the best practice of treating the presenting concern, including trauma-informed therapies.
  • A valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Check.
  • Successfully complete the requirements of a background check, including MS 604.20.
  • Able to assess and treat the mental health of the clients.
  • Must have the following skills: organizational, decision making, critical thinking, analytical, coaching, leadership, conflict resolution, interpersonal effectiveness, accountability and the ability to demonstrate professional boundaries.
