Summary
This is a strategic and critical role to lead, execute IT roadmaps, work closely with stakeholders, and manage/enable all business systems. Strategic initiatives requiring immediate focus in this role include: implementing ERP (Financial and Construction Management) systems, develop and deploy Enterprise BI (Executive Dashboard), Integrate and develop CRM (Salesforce), implement ESG solutions, develop Ada Atlas, design and implement business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in aligning IT strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to drive material impact with IT projects and operations to meet business objectives
    • Establish IT policies, processes, and procedures
    • Develop and manage a global IT roadmap – define a 2yr roadmap and plan
    • Ensure IT architectures adequately address the security and operational needs of Ada Infrastructure leaders, customers, regulators and investors
    • Implement solutions based on time and within budget
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the global owner and single point of contact for IT services for all Ada leaders
    • Prioritize IT needs across Executive Leadership, Finance, Strategy, Infosec, Design & Construction, ESG, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations.
    • Ongoing effective stakeholder management skills and prioritize solving to business outcomes
  • Vendor Management and Pace: Implement a resourcing model
    • Full time employee (FTE) vs. consultant and leveraging resources from GCP and GLP sister and parent companies
    • Create right-sized processes that optimize the balance between the pace of growth and risk tolerance
  • Information Technology & Integration: Drive the development, implementation, and integration of numerous IT business systems including data center specific systems driven by data center commissioning including design, construction, operations, and security while efficiently operating IT environments
    • Regular progress reporting to senior leadership on the IT portfolio including project and budget status
    • Facilitate the continuous curation of a strategy-aligned technology project portfolio in collaboration with Ada leaders and guide the creation of business justifications for selected projects
    • Lead the diligent and efficient selection of technology systems, services and partners to maximize technology service quality and value
  • Project Management: Own and drive all IT projects for Ada Infrastructure including integrations of global finance system implementation (SAP), Salesforce CRM, ITSM and other Ada IT project needs.
    • Serve as the global owner for IT projects across Ada in partnership with Ada leadership
    • Operate with high acumen for project management with regular reporting to business stakeholders
    • Operate with a disciplined project tracking and reporting system to keep leadership continually informed and aligned
  • Global and Local Organizational Management: Able to thrive in a diverse global matrixed team environment including managing across a range of FTE staff, seconded resources, consultants/contractors while ensuring business objectives are met.
    • International experience is a plus
    • Successfully work across dynamic parent and sister company dynamics
    • Active management of people resources include hires, consultants, and contractors
  • Global IT Operations: Manage a global portfolio of IT operations and environments including all SaaS and desktop applications. Operate as the IT leader for Ada Infrastructure in collaborating with parent and sister companies in application integrations.
    • Develop and operate an IT helpdesk function to service Ada Infrastructure
    • Deliver transparency and accountability for IT operating expense, and continually seek ways to improve the value of technology service
  • Risk Management and Reporting: Work with the Infosec, Operations, ESG and various Ada teams to ensure the security and stability of IT systems, protecting the company from vulnerabilities and threats.
    • Specifically target to meet security compliance certification including ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certifications
    • Implement a risk management model and with regular reporting of controls to customers, investors and the board
    • Ability to present IT risks to senior executives and the board of directors with appropriate live presentation acumen and skills

Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience as an IT leader with focus on meeting business objectives
  • Proven track record of development, implementation, and operations of a global IT business applications
  • Proven track record in implementing complex global procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, record-to-report, and BI systems and processes
  • Skilled in achieving quality and security compliance standards across IT systems
  • Ability to build and deliver repeatable IT processes while balancing global and local needs
  • Business-first mindset and an ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements and follow thru with successful delivery
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Fiscal fluency and ability to manage global budgets and articulate and demonstrate return on investment for IT
  • Experience working with executive leadership team
  • Effective team builder and leader who drives accountability and inspires associates
  • Global experience highly preferred

Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total package.
