San Antonio, TX (Look for Locals)

As a Senior Tech Support Analyst you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with hardware instillation, and issue resolution to internal and external customers which may include users of all types and skill levels.
IT Field tech experience, in any discipline, medical/clinical support preferred. Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to multiple clinics in the area when needed.
Strong background in Desktop support/troubleshooting skills.
Travel will be within the greater San Antonio area. Tech will be required to travel to clinics within the market for onsite service/support as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Image and deploy hardware/software for new hires and acquisitions.
- Recover and re-image existing hardware for re-deployment.
- Follow all escalation procedures according to service level agreement
- Use remote control tool to assist end users when needed
- Provide an accurate record of each call in incident management tracking tool
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively identifies solutions
- Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
1.Good communication skills, 2. Ability to articulate IT troubleshooting with non-IT personnel, providers and medical staff, 3. Ability to work autonomously with little supervision and good documentation skills. Minimum 3 years IT experience with 5 + preferred.
