Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Dedicated hardwired internet connection
• Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
• Virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records
