Project Description

• Seeking a Technical Product Manager who embraces Lean, Agile, Pair Programming, and Extreme Programming (XP) practices to deliver innovative software products.
• You will support the IT needs for EE Architecture business areas including In-Vehicle Network Communications (NetCom), Hardware Design & Architecture (Core Architecture), Software Architecture, and various module (ECU) teams.
• Tools supported are COTS applications (from Vector) as well as In-House developed applications.
• To thrive in this position, you have strong hands-on Software engineering/programming, Software Delivery experience using Agile and Lean practices, and Technical Product Management experience.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Software Delivery experience using Agile and Lean methodologies including defining and prioritizing product features and working with backlog management tools.
• 3+ years of Technical Product Management experience - managing user requirements and user stories, calculating stories, tracking the delivery process, and managing software projects using Rally or Jira, or similar Agile Tools.
• 1+ years of experience in supporting Cloud-based Software Products on preferably the Google Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of Strong hands-on Software engineering/programming/solution design experience which includes at least one of the following web or mobile technologies: Angular (preferred), Typescript, React, or JavaScript.
• 3+ years of Object-Oriented Development experience where expertise was applied in building microservices architectures on JVM platform concepts with the following tools and technologies: Spring Platform (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Spring Cloud).
• Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and technologies (Jenkins CI or similar).
• 2+ years of experience working with RDBMS and GitHub.
• Backlog management, Developing Requirements, User Stories.
• Manage Development team using Agile methodology.

Experience Preferred

• Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Validated experience defining the product vision, strategy, and product roadmaps, and crafting and managing backlogs.
• Ability to articulate complex information succinctly and accurately.
• Proven facilitation skills - able to effectively drive discussion among diverse perspectives and reach a decision or recommendation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills by collaborating with multi-functional teams to develop comprehensive product test plans, solve issues, etc. in a fast-paced, agile environment.
