The person will grow opportunities with existing accounts by selling additional services and provide high level of account complexity in one or more accounts. This person will work closely with the branch and the logistics teams to ensure proper planning and execution.This position will support our Client Relationships group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:Anaheim, CASan Francisco, CAEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship:Sales Volume – $7 million or more annually.Directs the sale of all Freeman lines including, but not limited to carpet, furnishings, exhibit installation & dismantle, audio visual equipment and production, global transportation, electrical services and event communication, content development, delivery and measurement services.Focused on sales to organizations within an assigned customer market and/or segment.Actively engaged in the hunt. Makes a constant effort to find new business. Prospects customers through cold calls, networking, and/or referrals.Cross Sells and Up Sells to existing customers.Builds relationships with assigned leads. Compiles and maintains list of prospective sales leads.Works to secure multiple year contracts.Produces sales proposals and presentations.Ensures Salesforce.com data integrity for assigned accounts.Achieves budgeted sales and job cost.Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit future business.Quotes prices and credit terms for business proposals and final orders.Prepares sales collateral and makes face to face presentations when necessary. Modifies collateral as required to close the sale.Entertains clients and facilities as necessary.Attends industry events as assigned.Client Solutions:Produces and reviews orders with operational personnel.Confirms jobs and requests necessary information to prepare service plan requirements.Supervises jobs on site as required.Responsible for event job costing.Manages problems quickly, efficiently, and effectively to meet customer’s needs.Responds to customer complaints and handles payment collection process as required.Miscellaneous:Prepares reports of business transactions.Keeps track of travel expenses and submits travel expense reports as required.Follows-up on customer complaints and collections as necessary.Represents Freeman to internal personnel and external contacts in a loyal, ethical, and moral manner.Perform other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.Seven (7) or more years of related experience.Has proven ability to manage their own book of accounts in the profitable production of revenue opportunities totaling approximately $5 million or more.Level requires the approval of the VP and SVP.Knowledge of sales systems such as TSS and Salesforce.com is required.Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications.Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required.Travel RequirementsTravel up to 25%What We OfferFreeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
