Production Supervisor

Manufacturing Leadership opportunity in eastern Charlotte, NC!

Base salary target $85-90k+ 10% annual bonus.

This is a Monday - Friday role on second shift (330pm-11pm) at a well known Manufacturing company with 50 years in Business. This role will lead a team of 40 people in an Air Conditioned facility

The job will report only to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and development of their Production Staff.
