Overview

Join the Digital Experiences team as a Senior Product Manager responsible for AI-driven user experiences on our support site. You will be tasked with utilizing artificial intelligence, customer empathy, data-driven logic, and copious creativity to build a UI framework for AI guided experiences that accelerate Intuit customers’ speed to benefit.

We are looking for candidates with a strong track record of managing platform products, demonstrated experience in UI frameworks, deep technical understanding, strong execution capability, and a history of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

What you'll bring

  1. Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  2. Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  3. Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings
  4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously
  5. Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
  6. BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  7. 5+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, focusing on cross-functional, distributed teams.
  8. Demonstrated understanding of front-end development, preferably work experience in front-end engineering
  9. Experience with UI frameworks such as React, Angular, etc.
  10. Passionate about using AI to power new and personalized customer experiences
  11. Excels at stakeholder management and influencing across the organization
  12. Track record in defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer needs.
  13. Proven experience with successfully executing a multi-quarter roadmap for a multi-team, cross-functional organization
  14. Demonstrated success in taking data-driven approaches and delivering impactful business results through experimentation.
  15. Experience with Agile development and methodologies being the product owner
  16. Passion for the customer - A track record of working closely with customers and partners, of listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities
  17. Excellent collaboration and initiative sequencing skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations and geographies
  18. Great communication skills - in small teams and larger group presentation formats

How you will lead

  1. Define and deliver on durable requirements for building Generative AI-driven user experiences, including Tools, Libraries, Analytics solutions, and Paved Roads.
  2. Prioritize the creation of new interaction patterns, components, and feedback mechanisms for Intuit’s Design System team.
  3. Conduct Market research on Generative AI-driven interactions and evangelize innovative solutions across the organization.
  4. Work with content teams on scaling best practices for GenAI voice and tone across Intuit.
  5. Partner closely with Product Managers and teams from the different Intuit business offerings to understand the requirements and priorities, and to drive to a common goal.
  6. Work closely with architects and senior engineers to design secure and scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience.
  7. Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans, progress, and success across a cross-functional team.
  8. Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across a wide breadth of different teams working on GenAI services across Intuit.
