Senior Software Engineer

Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management, is seeking to add a Senior Software Engineer to its team. This role will work hybrid in Richardson, TX and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 4-month contract role that pays $63 per hour. The key to this role is prior experience in Java and Angular Development. Upon conversion, this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Scrum Meetings, Issue and Feature Analysis, Code Implementation.
2. Under broad direction and supervision, develops, maintains, and enhances client systems as well as designs and develops new features. Develops, maintains, enhances, and tests client systems of moderate to high complexity.
3. Involved with the investigation and resolution of complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment. Under broad direction, designs and implements strategic partner integrations.
4. Participates in the specification and design of new features at client or business request. Participates in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Java and Angular Development.
2. Bachelor’s Degree.
3. Experience with GoLang is preferred.
4. Experience with web mapping tools and spatial databases is preferred.
