Location: Mercado by Butchertown / Ramone's
Hours: 60-65 hours/week

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of success in restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
- Manage all aspects of staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth
- Cultivate relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community
- Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of financial management principles
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant software
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
