This full-time associate role has a set annual gross base salary of $72,000.
The Business Account Management Solutions , ‘BAMS’ team is a cross-functional, client aligned organization comprised of Account Teams (including Affordable Lending who focus on our Mission work), Servicing Strategy, Market Engagement, Client and Consumer Resource Centers and Business Operations and Technology Support functions. We operate with a mission-minded focus and leverage our relationships with Single-Family lenders, servicers, vendors and other housing industry partners to achieve the company’s strategic objectives such as affordable housing, racial equity, and digital transformation, while complying with our regulatory requirements.
As a Customer and Partner Management Associate on the BAMS team, you will work with cutting-edge technology on diverse teams that foster innovation and collaboration. We offer an opportunity to receive on-the-job training, gain professional development, and build a wide network of peers, managers, and officers who are experts in their fields.
As part of this team, you will participate in a rotational program allowing you to gain experience working with a diverse cohort of peers. We offer up to 8 different functional areas including: Client Management, Mission Field work, Business Administration and Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Technology Integrations, Consumer Support and Market Engagement. The Customer and Partner Management Associate Program offers you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Drive Client Success: Partner in assessing client needs and ensuring operational readiness in support of our goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Interact, collaborate, and problem-solve directly with external clients and key internal business partners.
- Engage in Exciting Events: Participate in internal and external industry events to support client education and new product rollouts.
- Tackle Complex Projects: Contribute to complex projects through research and effective planning.
- Transform Business Insights: Gather data to prepare thorough business analyses and share key insights with management.
- Standardize Excellence: Participate in and contribute to the management of standard work processes.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Assist in coordinating the development and monitoring of key performance indicators.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Qualifications:
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Academic achievement (GPA of 3.0 or above).
- Bachelor’s degree obtained between December 2024 and May 2025.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Operations or Management.
- Strong analytical background.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to contribute to a team atmosphere.
- Self-starter, strong business acumen, and results-focused.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluency and aptitude with technology applications.
