The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting HR initiatives. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment and training. This individual will consistently maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all information to which they are given access, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting any non-compliance concerns, and aligning with IMS’s policies and procedures.
JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Executes On-boarding for all staff, including preparation for new employees, orientation delivery, and HRIS system management.
  • Administer all benefits for IMS employees to include medical, dental, vision, 401k, H.S.A., Ancillary benefits, etc., including management of annual Open Enrollment.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Conducts monthly billing reconciliations for all insurance programs. Submits timely reconciliation to Finance for payment processing.
  • Ensures compliance with EEO and OSHA compliance; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, supervisors, and manager, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • HRIS System management of all functions regarding employee data, compensation, benefits, time off accruals, reporting etc.
  • Supports the Director with annual audits and compliance responsibilities.
  • Works closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely data of any and all compensation, deductions, garnishments, etc. to assist in seamless payroll processing.
  • Ensures the TRP Program is executed monthly to ensure participation rewards and quarterly drawings occur and ensure compliance of the program.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience
· 3-4 years human resources experience preferred.
· Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.
