Family of Caring at Montclair is looking for a Director of Rehabilitation
Must be a NJ State licensed Physical Therapist
The DOR is entrusted to provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior outcomes. The successful candidate will have a passion for demonstrating the FOC values of Commitment, Compassion, and Caring in providing therapy to patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provides professional support services to patients and initiates referrals when appropriate.
- Takes leadership role in discharge planning.
- Plans, schedules, organizes, directs, and supports all rehabilitation services to assure efficient operation.
- Sets program development goals and conducts ongoing evaluation of effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit reports regarding rehabilitation department operations as required.
- Assure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Assure timely response to claim reviews and denials.
- Interprets and communicates assessments findings to patients, families and other team members.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
