LLH Recruitment Solutions seeking an Accountant for a Contract To Hire position, Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM for one of our clients, in the Phoenix, AZ metro area.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, create journal entries and post to general ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile balance sheet Accounts
  • Backup support for Payroll team
  • Assist with in preparing month end and post month end financial analysis
  • Contribute to and maintain the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read financial statements
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or 4 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Soldi excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
Pay Details: $35.00 to $41.00 per hour
