We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Hawaii. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Kapolei area of Oahu. The position is full-time and is based in our Kapolei, Hawaii office. In-office attendance will be required.
This position calls for developing and implementing strategies to procure new business, service and support the maintenance of existing business, grow market share, as well as to establish and maintain customer relationships within a branch and/or an assigned territory. You’ll be trained on the company’s marketing tools and resources and will then share their value and effectiveness with clients and potential customers within our direct market. You will meet with customers and potential customers both in-person and virtually to promote the Company, grow market share, and increase revenue. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines and within all State and Federal regulations.
A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience is required. Real Estate experience is a plus.
The estimated pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus commissions. Old Republic complies with all federal, state, and local laws including minimum wage requirements. In the event a minimum hourly rate stated is lower than the minimum wage required by law, Old Republic will always pay an amount equal to or greater than the minimum wage required by law.
