General Summary:

We’re looking for an independent, self-motivated Senior Sales Manager to market our mobile products and technology in Brazil. The position is open to be based in Brazil and the candidate should expect to travel across the region. The Manager will develop and manage relationships with Mobile Operators, Local Manufacturers of Electronic Components and/or Devices, System Integrators, and Selected Enterprises, being responsible for sales and business development of Qualcomm's portfolio of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and established contacts with the Mobile Operators and B2B ecosystem in Brazil.
  • Experience selling digital products and developing digital transformation projects.
  • BS or BBA degree.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, sales, and commercialization of wireless and digital products both through direct customer-facing roles and through channels and partnerships.
  • Execute under a sales-oriented strategy; create and manage pipeline with focus on market size, priorities, predictability, and conversion (deal closing).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to learn, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience with the development of digital products will be a differential.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Frequent travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, drive, and close opportunities for the sale of Qualcomm's portfolio to electronic manufacturing companies in assigned territory.
  • Identify and work with systems integrators developing and executing a pipeline of Digital Transformation projects.
  • Establish direct relationships with mobile operators and large enterprises interested in implementing Digital transformation projects.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with indirect customers such as Carriers and Retailers.
  • Maintain business relationships with business partners such as module makers and distributors of electronic components.
  • Analyze and synthesize information, communicate effectively, and create compelling recommendations.
