Duties:
- Conduct patent prosecution activities, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
- Manage and strategize patent portfolios for clients.
- Provide freedom-to-operate opinions to clients.
- Conduct due diligence analysis for intellectual property transactions.
- Perform landscape analysis to assess intellectual property landscapes in various technology areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (U.S.P.T.O.).
- 3+ years of experience working on patent prosecution, patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis.
