Job Requirements / Description

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect with expertise in Flutter and cloud platforms like AWS and/or GCP. In this role, you will design and implement scalable and efficient solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our applications meet both technical and business requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable applications using Flutter for mobile and web platforms.
  • Leverage AWS and/or GCP services to build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure best practices in software design and development.
  • Optimize application performance and reliability, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Flutter for mobile and web applications.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or GCP.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent GCP certification.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
