Job Summary and Qualifications

The Sr. IAM Product Analyst (Certificate Services) is responsible for supporting large, complex, and distributed Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems with a focus on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM). This position will document and provide solutions for Certificate Services related issues while expediently escalating advanced problems to the appropriate team resources.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Maintain processes and reports to track Certificate Lifecycle.
2. Provide documented education materials targeted at Certificate Owners.
3. Update and maintain HCA certificate inventory (CMDB, Venafi).
4. Update and maintain Service Central Knowledgebase articles to support management of digital certificates.
5. Contribute to discussions related to and in support of Certificate Automation and Lifecycle.
6. Assist with triage of Certificate Services Incidents and requests.
7. Maintain documentation covering the relevant policy and procedures of Certificate Services and supporting tools.
8. Assist with monitoring Certificate Services Server Infrastructure and ensuring appropriate response.
9. Timely and accurate reporting of issues and status to leadership.
10. Participates in an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based solutions, cross-training, to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and service excellence.
11. Coordinates improvement efforts; follows-up and follows through to ensure that operating changes result in expected improvements; reports on results of implemented improvements.
12. Maintain PKI /CLM Solution Documentation.
13. Meets with corporate, division and facility-level leadership teams, as needed, relating to new certificate initiatives or issues.
14. Engagement with vendors as needed.
15. Serve as Certificate Services analyst on projects.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems.
2. Two or more years in an analyst role.
3. Five or more years in Identity and Access Management or Information Technology.
4. CISSP.

1. Digital Certificates / PKI: Foundational knowledge of Windows Active Directory Certificate Services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and digital certificate components and generation processes.
2. Certificate Lifecycle Management Platform: Foundational knowledge of Certificate Lifecycle Preferred inventory and management with HCA CLM platform – Venafi.
