LHH is seeking an experienced, fast paced, positive professional for a client in the Conyers, GA area. The role of the Forward Planning Administrative Assistant is integral to providing essential administrative support to the Operations Department, specifically to the Forward Planning Manager. Responsibilities include managing contracts, distributing and reviewing documents, processing permits and fees, inputting project data, and maintaining organizational systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate contract administration tasks efficiently.
  • Distribute and review departmental documents, including sequence sheets and development schedules.
  • Prepare check requests for permits and fees as needed.
  • Input project information accurately into JD Edwards software.
  • Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Log and track plans, check requests, and contracts meticulously.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Attend internal meetings, data tracking, and provide real time information updates to others
  • Update date trackers and coordinate with other administrators.
  • Send requests for proposals (RFPs) and updating vendor contacts.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or heavy experience within Real Estate/Legal/Zoning. Alternatively, one to two years of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in high-volume legal environments or real estate.
  • Strong customer service skills, especially with government or executive contacts.
  • Proficiency in organization, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate Adobe and Excel.
