Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Project Engineers to join our team in the midstream natural gas processing and treating sector. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring project efficiency, safety, and compliance while overseeing engineering processes and managing contractors. These roles focus on maintaining operational excellence through strong leadership, safety adherence, and collaboration with subcontractors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to natural gas processing and treating equipment, including gas compression equipment, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, particularly in onboarding and offboarding contractors.
• Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of projects and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Apply mechanical engineering principles to design and analyze gas processing systems, focusing on equipment like ICE (Internal Combustion Engines), screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ASME, AISC, OSHA, AGA, and ASTM.
• Conduct fluid flow, thermal systems, mechanical design, and structural analysis for various project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in gas processing or a related industry.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and experience in contractor safety management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including compressors, blowers, and HVAC systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring project completion within deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the midstream natural gas processing/treating sector.
• Knowledge of internal combustion engines, screw compressors, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with flare systems, thermal oxidizers, and gas compression equipment.

Salary Range : $95,000 annually (plus per-diem and vehicle pay)
