Background Profile:

  • Provide support to customers through various channels (chat, phone, email, web, etc.
  • Occasionally visit customer sites as needed.
  • Act as the customer advocate within the company, promoting customer requests and ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Collaborate with departments such as sales, development, marketing, and product management.
  • Contribute to internal discussions to enhance service and product offerings.
  • Create Knowledge Base content and share expertise with peers to improve service quality and professionalism.


Expertise In:

  • Experience with VRF systems commissioning and operations.
  • Proficient in setting up and commissioning Central Controllers for VRF systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are essential
  • Knowledge of computer networking and communication is advantage
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like BACnet and Modbus is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge in home/building automation is beneficial.
  • Ability to learn independently.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Capacity to work remotely.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.


Locations: Remote but within the U.S.
