Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Account Executive join our growing team!
This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia.
What You’ll Do
I. New business acquisition
- May participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director (Acct D)
- With guidance from the supervisor, writes/populates the proposals/SOWs in response to client inquiries for new business
- May serve as day-to-day client contact on select projects
- Builds client relationships
- Debriefs with Sr Acct D/Acct D regularly
- Primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Oversees note taking during meetings/calls (internal and client-facing); sends prompt recaps to all appropriate parties
- With guidance from supervisor, coordinates the resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans i.e.) creative briefs, project plans, status spreadsheets, hot sheets, meeting recaps, etc––balancing client expectations alongside the execution of successful work output
- Learns, follows, and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc.
- Works in close partnership with Project Manager (PM) to ensure the smooth production process of all scopes of work
- May review timelines created by PM to ensure dates align to client SOP and needs
- Collaborates with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations
- Drives the creation of billable job codes
- Assists Sr Acct D/Acct D at monthly revenue recognition meetings with any insights that may inform accruals
- Pending project ownership, may work with PM to understand project burn against original budget; communicates updates to Sr Acct D/Acct D
- Collaborates with supervisor on development of goals and works towards progress.
- Models fulfilling their essential job functions and company SOPs for junior staff
- Contributes and/or provides feedback to supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented focus
- With guidance from the Supervisor, may work with new staff to help with their onboarding and training
- Effectively collaborates with members across the entire team to succeed
- Ensures procedures are being followed by team members.

- Familiarity with animated media/motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology (i.e., VR/AR, etc.) is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is highly desirable
- Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
