Automation Engineer

You Will:

• Design, install, and program advanced robotic systems using Workr Labs’ solutions, including 6-axis robots, vision systems, and CNC machines.
• Provide technical support to clients both onsite and remotely.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure project viability and assist with equipment specifications.
• Lead projects from handoff to full implementation at customer sites.
• Contribute to product innovation based on customer feedback.
• Stay current with advancements in automation and integrate new technologies into solutions.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in automation, systems, or controls engineering.
• Experience with industrial robotics, CNC machining, and robot/PLC programming.
• Strong technical skills in software, electronics, and system integration.
• Ability to communicate technical challenges effectively with customers.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for developing innovative solutions.

Bonus Points for:

• Commercial experience in automation or robotics.
• Python programming experience.

Compensation:
