We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team and play a critical role in the preconstruction phase of our projects.
Commercial Construction Estimator Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, from conceptual budgeting to final bid.
• Analyze construction documents, blueprints, and specifications to assess project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary cost information.
• Create detailed quantity take-offs, cost breakdowns, and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that all estimates are accurate, competitive, and align with project budgets and timelines.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Maintain and update historical cost data for future reference and benchmarking.

Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction .
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation processes.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., ProEst, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with project teams and clients.
