Job Description
A growing staffing and executive search firm is expanding. We are seeking a contract Recruiting Sales/Business Development Manager to grow our local client base. This contract position is slated to become full time for the right sales executive.
The best candidate would be:
- Nothing short of remarkable with your presence on the phone and in person during client presentations
- Someone who knows how to professionally dress and fits our firm's sharp-dressed professional image in front of clients
- Able to handle flexible sales hours to meet client needs and schedules
- Willing to grow their hours and responsibilities as the Los Angeles office grows
- Very strong in their research skills to identify companies that fit our recruiting expertise and then develop a relationship with the decision-makers within those companies
- Able to successfully pitch human capital consulting packages and get signed agreements
- Able to set up the face-to-face client meeting for the executive team
Appointment setters, candidates that lack 1+ years tenure at all former positions, and those without proven phone sales successes need not apply.
Skills Required
- MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years with a recruiting agency sourcing new clients and/or being a hiring manager within a corporation in the Los Angeles area
- Los Angeles residents only
- Minimum 15 hours per week; 30 hours per week preferred
