One of Addison Group’s clients is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support their team.

Job Details:

  • Title: Facilities Coordinator
  • Type: Contract
  • Location: Fully Onsite in Washington DC
  • Pay Rate: $27-30/hr, depending on experience
  • Length: 3-6 months
  • Background Check: Yes

Candidate profile and qualifications

  • Experience in – 4-5 years of facilities management experience
  • Proficient in– Microsoft Office Suite
  • Soft Skills – collaborative, professional, strong communication skills
  • Education – Preferred, not required; experience can compensate

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing vendor relations
  • Setting up and monitoring badge access
  • Coordinating event logistics and collaborating with IT to set up equipment
  • Processing invoices and updating office reports
  • Organizing office inventory and maintaining supplies
