Our client, a corporate development firm, is looking for a temporary Events and Administrative Officer to support their growing team in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events.
  • Oversee the creation of event materials and manage room blocks, function space, and AV equipment.
  • Serve as the event host, technical lead, and manage on-site setup.
  • Post-event tasks: summarize event outcomes, create a post-event report, and make recommendations for the future.
  • Provide support and complete additional tasks\/special projects as need.
    Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of relevant events logistics experience.
    • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
    • Mailchimp proficiency is required.
    • An interest in Arabic or bilingual capabilities are a plus!
    • Able to travel as needed, domestically, for conferences.
      • Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
        Position Information:
        • $23\/hr-$28\/hr while temporary
        • Temporary for 6 months with the potential to extend.
        • Hybrid with 2 days\/week onsite.
        • Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
