- Provide physical therapy services to primarily adult outpatient and some swing bed patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving physical function and mobility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions.
- Encourage and motivate patients during their therapy sessions.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes necessary for rehabilitation.
- No weekend shifts required.
