Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our sales team and lead efforts to acquire new customers and expand revenue within existing accounts. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions and a passion for driving business growth.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand revenue within existing accounts.
  2. Identify and qualify leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Loop AI's value proposition and address customer needs and pain points.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives.
  5. Track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools to drive accountability and visibility.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success in technology solutions or related industries.
  2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, with a demonstrated track record of closing complex deals and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and address customer objections effectively.

Compensation: $100k base + $100k variable + early equity
