Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in client calls and take detailed notes
• Follow up on calls by sending notes and action items for Account Managers to review
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of publishers
• Manage publisher approvals and classifications for reporting
• Upload creatives such as banners and text links
• Conduct audits and track placements to ensure compliance
• Help compile data for client reporting & analysis
• Support Project Management Tasks for secure and timely deliverables

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent Organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
